Bhubaneswar: BJP stalwart and Leader of Opposition (LoP) in Odisha Assembly, Jayanarayan Mishra on Sunday mounted a blistering attack on Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and 5T Secretary V K Pandian, accusing them of destroying democratic norms.
Speaking to reporters, the firebrand BJP leader accused the Chief Minister of having leased out the state government to the 5T Secretary and claimed that Naveen would be dethroned after the next elections.
Stating that the next elections will witness a fierce battle, Mishra said BJP would oust the Naveen Patnaik government. “This leased-out government led by Naveen will be dethroned,” he claimed, adding that the next polls will put an end to the misrule of Biju Janata Dal (BJD)
Alleging that injustice, exploitation and crime had crossed all limits during the BJD rule, Mishra said BJP will form government after the next elections. He further claimed that Naveen and Pandian would be sent to jail for all their misdeeds after BJP comes to power.
