New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday attached assets worth Rs 52.24 crore belonging to former Delhi deputy CM Manish Sisodia, his wife Seema Sisodia, Amandeep Singh Dhall, Rajesh Joshi, Gautam Malhotra and others in the Delhi liquor policy case.
The attached assets include immovable properties worth Rs 7.29 crore, including two belonging to Sisodia, a flat of Joshi (of Chariot Productions Media) and a flat of Malhotra, ET Bureau reported.
Movable assets attached include Rs 11.49 lakh in bank balance of the senior AAP leader and others.
The total attachment in the case now stands at Rs 128.78 crore, while the proceeds of crime involved is Rs 1934 crore.
Sisodia was first arrested by CBI on February 26, and has been in custody since then.
Having been denied bail by Delhi High Court twice, Sisodia moved Supreme Court on July 6.
ED has so far arrested 12 people and filed five prosecution complaints.
