Bhubaneswar: A man was garlanded with slippers and tied to a moving truck for stealing a mobile phone in Odisha’s Jagasinghpur district. A video of the incident has gone viral.
The man from Tikarpanga area of the district stole the mobile phone from the truck but was caught by other drivers.
He was garlanded with slippers and tied to the moving truck on a bridge over the Mahanadi at Bhutamundai.
