Bargarh: A hotel owner was found dead with his throat slit near Mandosil village under Paikamal police limits in Bargarh district late on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Pinku Sahu (37), a resident of Mandosil village.
According to sources, Pinku ran a hotel in front of Nuapada tehsil office. Some youths allegedly chased and hacked him with sharp weapons over a heated argument last night. His family member rushed him to Nuapada district headquarters hospital but doctors there declared him received dead. There were injury marks on his head and neck.
The body will be handed over to his family members after postmortem, informed police.
