Acting on a tip-off, a joint team of Odisha’s Special Operation Group (SOG), District Voluntary Force (DVF) and CRPF launched a combing operation at the Patdhara reserve forest near Jholapada village under Sinapali police limits this morning.
On seeing the security personnel, the red rebels present at the site fled the camp leaving behind a huge quantity of arms and ammunition and explosives, a senior police official said.
