New Delhi: Geo Urdu News channel has reported that Jaish-e-Mohammed chief and India’s most wanted terrorist Masood Azhar is “alive”. The channel quoted unnamed sources close to Masood’s family.
This comes amid intense speculation on Sunday that Masood had died.
The Pakistan government has been silent on the issue after Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi admitted that Masood Azhar was in his country and was “very unwell”.
The Times of India reported that Azhar suffers from renal failure and was shifted from Rawalpindi Army Hospital to a JeM camp in Goth Ghanni in Bahawalpur around 7.30pm on Sunday.
