Migrant Workers From Jharkhand Thank Ganjam SP For Facilitating Their Return Home

Chhatrapur: Migrant workers of Garhwa district in Jharkhand heaped praises on Ganjam SP Brijesh Kumar Rai for facilitating their return home.

According to reports, 11 migrant workers belonging to Jharkhand who were working in Andhra Pradesh were rendered jobless due to the lockdown. Having almost exhausted their savings, they had started walking back home.

They were walking on the national highway, which passes through Ganjam, when Rai, who was passing by, spotted them. He provided them food and nourishment and instructed Rambha police station officials to facilitate their return to Jharkhand.

After reaching home, they sent a thank you note to Odisha Police and expressed special gratitude to Rai.
