Nuapada: A six-year-old girl died at a quarantine centre in Khariar block of Nuapada district on Saturday reportedly due to high fever.
The girl had returned with her family from Andhra Pradesh to the district on Friday.
Her parents alleged that lack of proper treatment and negligence on the part of the staff of the quarantine centre led to the death of their daughter.
Nuapada district has so far reported 68 corona positive cases. While 14 of them have recovered, 54 are active cases.
