Bhubaneswar: Monsoon is likely to come to Odisha before the schedule between June 11 and 15, according to IMD.
The State will receive pre-monsoon showers from Monday.
Uma Shankar Das, deputy director of IMD in Bhubaneswar, said as a low pressure is likely to be formed over the Bay of Bengal around June 11 and this system might be helpful to bring in more rains and activate the monsoon in Odisha.

Most regions of the state have been receiving pre-monsoon showers and the intensity of rainfall will increase in the northern part from Wednesday, the IMD has said.
