Mumbai: South stars Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are going to walk down the aisle soon.
The pre-wedding festivities started on Monday with the traditional ‘Godhuma Raayi’ function.
Bride-to-be Sobhita, who is over the moon and glowing bright, shared some pictures from the pre-wedding function on her Instagram handle.
“Godhuma Raayi Pasupu danchatam.. And so it begins!” she captioned the post.
‘Godhuma Raayi Pasupu danchatam’ is similar to Haldi ceremony in the North, where turmeric is grounded using a traditional stone grinder.
Sobhita is seen wearing a peach-coloured saree with green, ivory and gold borders. Like a traditional south Indian bride, she opted for gold jewellery and green bangles.
Sobhita preferred to sport her bridal glow with confidence with minimal makeup.

Sobhita and Naga got engaged in a private ceremony on August 8.
Sharing the news with fans on social media, Naga’s father actor Nagarjuna had written, “We are delighted to announce the engagement of our son, Naga Chaitanya, to Sobhita Dhulipala, which took place this morning at 9:42 a.m!! We are overjoyed to welcome her into our family. Congratulations to the happy couple! Wishing them a lifetime of love and happiness. God bless! 8.8.8 A beginning of infinite love (sic).”
