Bhubaneswar: BJD president and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will on Wednesday begin campaign for the second phase of polls, in Sundargarh district. He completed campaign for the first phase on Tuesday.
Party sources said the Chief Minister will arrive at Hemgiri in Sundargarh district at 10.35am and address a public meeting there. From there, he will visit Tileikani under Talasara Assembly seat, Jamapali and Bonai under Rajgangpur Assembly seat and Raibaga under Biramitrapur Assembly seat and address public meetings.
The Chief Minister will later leave for Rourkela and Raghunathpalli constituencies where he will conduct road shows.
In the second phase of polls, on April 18, votes will be cast in Balangir, Kandhamal, Aska, Baragarh and Sundargarh Lok Sabha seats and 35 Assembly segments coming under them.
