Bhubaneswar: As the Odisha Assembly was adjourned till 4 pm on Tuesday amid uproar, Congress alleged that ruling BJP and main opposition BJD stopped the House from functioning in a planned manner to avoid discussion on important issues.
The Assembly was adjourned till 4 pm after witnessing uproarious scenes with the members of the opposition Biju Janata Dal (BJD) creating ruckus.
