Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) MLAs Ananta Das and Alaka Mohanty are undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Odisha capital for various ailments.
Das, a former Minister, represents Bhograi constituency of Balasore district in the state Assembly, while Mohanty happens to be the legislator from Brajrajnagar Assembly constituency in Jharsuguda district.
Sources said a host of senior political leaders including MLAs and well wishers visited the hospital and met the two lawmakers. The visitors enquired about the health conditions of the two leaders and wished them a quick recovery.
Among those who met Mohanty at the hospital was Secretary to the Chief Minister (5T) V K Pandian. He enquired about her health and wished a speedy recovery, the sources added.
