Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik lauded the budget presented by Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari in the Assembly on Monday.
The Chief Minister said: It is a pro-people, pro-growth and transformative budget in our journey towards “New Odisha –Empowered Odisha”.
Most of last year we lost in Covid lockdown. From that scenario to present a holistic,
fiscally prudent budget for Rs 1.76 lakh crore is nothing short of brilliant, Naveen said.
Congratulations to everyone involved, the Chief Minister said in his message.
Earlier, the Finance Minister had presented the budget to the Chief Minister in a pen drive.
