New Delhi: The Centre has designated Law Secretary Niten Chandra, a 1990-batch Odisha cadre Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, as in-charge of Central Agency Section in Department of Legal Affairs.
“The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Department of Legal Affairs to designate Niten Chandra, Law Secretary, as in-charge, Central Agency Section, till his tenure in the Department or until further orders, whichever is earlier,” an order issued by Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions said.
