Berhampur: It was a memorable day for the students of Brundaban High School in Hinjilicut block when Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik sat with them in the smart class room on Sunday.
The Chief Minister, who was on a one-day visit to Ganjam district to launch the distribution of BSYK health smart cards, visited the school in his constituency where he spent time with the students and interacted with them. Though a Sunday and schools are closed, special arrangements were made for the CM’s visit.
Naveen was here to review high school transformation programme under the 5T initiative and wished the students well for their future.
Brundaban High School was among the institutions which were taken up in the first phase of ambitious High School Transformation programme under the 5T initiative of the government.
The CM also went around the modern laboratory, e-library and other state-of-the-art facilities in the school.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by Secretary to CM (5T) VK Pandian, who has been personally monitoring the High School Transformation programme.
