Bhubaneswar: Odisha has crossed another milestone in COVID vaccination by administering vaccine doses to over 6 crore beneficiaries, Director, Health and Family Welfare, Bijay Panigrahi informed on Friday.
“While 2.66 core have been inoculated with the second dose of vaccine, 7.61Lakh beneficiaries have received precaution dose and 24 lakh doses have been administered to children in the age group of 15-18 years,” he added.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik lauded the healthcare workers in ensuring swift vaccination to save precious lives.
