Bhubaneswar: To ensure smooth healthcare management and treatment in the special COVID (novel coronavirus) hospitals in Odisha, the state government has created two additional posts of Director Medical Education and Training (DMET).
According to a notification by the Health and Family Welfare Department, Prof Braja Kishore Das of Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital in Balasore and former joint DMET Dr Umakant Satpathy have been posted as additional DMET.
Besides, Dr Rajendra Panda, Associate Professor (Pharmacology), MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur, will replace Satpathy as joint DMET, it added.
