Odisha Govt Effects Reshuffle In OAS Cadre; Check Full List

Bhubaneswar: The state government on Monday effected a reshuffle in the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) cadre with the transfer of new posting of several officers.

The General Administration and Public Grievance department has issued a notification in this regard. The list of officers transferred:

• Pratap Kumar Mishra, OAS (SS), Deputy DG (Administration), Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, Bhubaneswar is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Public Enterprises Department.

• Lala Manoj Kumar Ray, OAS (SS), Ex-Special Secretary to Ex- Chief Minister, Odisha, now joined in the GA & PG Department, is posted as Deputy DG (Administration), Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, Bhubaneswar.

• Pratap Chandra Hota, OAS (SS), Ex-Private Secretary to the Ex-Speaker, Odisha, now joined in the PA Department, is posted as Special Secretary to Government, Parliamentary Affairs Department.

• Prasanta Kishore Mohapatra, OAS (SAG), Ex-Private Secretary to Ex-Minister, R & DM, S & ME, Odisha, now joined in the PA Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department.

• Sk. Jamiruddin, OAS (SAG), Ex-Private Secretary to Ex-Minister, H & UD, Odisha, now joined in the PA Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Revenue & D.M. Department.

• Sukanta Kumar Behera, OAS (SAG), General Manager, OFDC, Bhubaneswar is transferred and posted as Secretary, Odisha Human Rights Commission, Bhubaneswar.

• The posting of Gangadhar Nayak, OAS (SS), Special Secretary to Government, F & ARD Department as Secretary, Odisha Human Rights Commission (OHRC), Bhubaneswar,
made vide the GA & PG Department Notification No.4500/SCS dated 13.02.2024′ is hereby
cancelled.

• Manas Ranjan Padhi, OAS (SAG), Ex-Private Secretary to Ex-Minister, Tourism, Odia Language, Literature & Culture, Excise Odisha, now joined in the PA Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, General Administration & Public Grievance Department.

• Suranjan Pradhan, OAS (SAG), Ex-Private Secretary to Ex-Minister, FS & CW, Co-operation, Odisha, now joined in the PA Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Revenue & D.M. Department.

• Krutibas Rout, OAS (SAG), Additional Secretary to Government, PR & DW Department is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Women & Child Development Department.

• Saroj Kumar Rout, OAS (SAG), Ex-Private Secretary to Ex-Minister, Agriculture & FE, Fisheries & ARD, Odisha, now ioined in the PA Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Commerce & Transport Department.

• Arup Kumar Sahoo, OAS (SAG), Ex-P.S. to Ex-Minister, ST & SC Development & BCW, Odisha, now joined in the PA Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water.

• Purna Chandra Dolayi, OAS (SAG), Ex-private Secretary to DHE Ex-government Chief Whip, Odisha Legislative Assembly, Bhubaneswar, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Fisheries & ARD Department.

• Bijaya Kumar Swain, OAS (SAG), Ex-Private Secretary to Ex-Minister, Energy, Industries, MSME, Odisha, now joined in the PA Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Sports & Y.S. Department in the OAS level reshuffle.

• Bibekananda Sahoo, OAS (SAG), Additional Commissioner, Settlements and Consolidation, Balasore is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Women & Child Development Department.

• Sukanta Kumar Pradhan, OAS (SAG), Ex-Private Secretary to Ex-Minister, Commerce & Transport, Odisha, now joined in the PA Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Skill Development & Technical Education Department.

• Bithica Swain, OAS (SAG), Additional Secretary to Government, W & CD
Deparlment is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Settlement and
Consolidation, Balasore.

• Rabindra Kumar Sethi, OAS (SAG), Ex-O.S.D., Officer of the Chief Minister, Odisha, now joined in the GA & PG Department, is posted as General Manager, Odisha Forest Development Corporation Ltd. (OFDC), Bhubaneswar on foreign service terms & conditions.

• Subhranshu Mishra, OAS (SAG), Ex-Additional Secretary to Ex-Chief Minister, Odisha, now joined in the GA & PG Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Agriculture & F.E. Department.
