The provisions will be in force for six months.

As per the 2018 regulation, the compounding charges was 1.4 times more than the existing rate.

2. Likewise, the compounding charges for establishments towards parking deficit per square metre will remain Rs 10,000 for both residential and non-residential buildings in municipal corporations. The compounding charges for non-residential buildings as per the 2018 regulation was 17,500.
