A bus carrying around 20 judo women players from Odisha overturned in Imphal, Manipur, late on Saturday.
According to sources, there were 28 people onboard and most of them sustained injuries. There was no fatality. The injured were discharged after being treated in a nearby hospital.
The bus overturned on a ghat road while on its way to Dimapur from Imphal.
The players from Odisha were in Manipur to participate in the National Sub-Junior and Cadet Judo Championships. They are now boarded a train for Bhubaneswar.
