Angul: A minor was caught riding a motorcycle of his neighbour on National Highway at Jhimripali near Pallahara here during an enforcement drive on Sunday.
The two-wheeler owner, Anil Kumar Jena, has been fined Rs 26,000 as per the new Motor Vehicle Act for allowing the minor boy ride his vehicle, which was also seized.
According to sources, the boy failed to produce driving licence and the Talcher RTO and local police later found that the motorcycle belonged to his neighbour.
