Bhubaneswar: Khurda MLA-elect Prashant Jagdev was discharged from SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack on Sunday.
This come a couple of days after a court here granted three-day interim bail to Jagdev for taking part in the oath-taking ceremony of the maiden BJP government in Odisha on June 10, with a condition that he will not indulge in any criminal activity during this period.
He has been granted bail for three days — June 9, 10, 11 – and asked to surrender before the court on June 12.
