Cuttack: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) is likely to announce the results of Odisha Civil Services (OCS)-2020 main examination by this weekend.
OPSC chairman Satayajit Mohanty stated this in a tweet on Wednesday. “OCS 2020 written results are likely to be published by this weekend. Interviews to start by third week of Sept. Look out for details in the website. Best wishes,” wrote Mohanty in the tweet.
The preliminary test of OCS examinations for 2020 was conducted in 2021, while the Mains were held in January 2022. As per the schedule, the results were to be published in August and the interview was slated to be held in September.
Recently, the OPSC said the declaration of results of OCS and Odisha Judicial Services (OJS) examinations were getting delayed due to the dearth of suitable examiners to evaluate the descriptive papers.
The Commission had also requested the Higher Education department to provide a list of serving faculties of government colleges and universities in certain disciplines whose services can be spared for 10 working days for evaluation on rotation basis.
