Bhubaneswar: Odisha recorded another 225 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours taking the state’s total caseload to 3,32,331. No fresh cases were reported from six districts of the state.
Of the total fresh cases detected from 25 districts, 131 are from quarantine centers and 94 local contact cases, stated a report of the Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department on Tuesday.
While Sundargarh district recorded the highest of 38 fresh cases, Bargarh and Angul followed with 16 and 15 cases each.
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 2,113 and recovered cases at 3,28,271.
