Bhubaneswar: The COVID caseload in Odisha remained below 400 for the fourth consecutive day on Thursday as 351 people, including 45 in the age group of 0-18 years, tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
The state had reported 322 new cases on Wednesday, 327 on Tuesday and 316 on Monday.
According to the I & PR department, 207 of the new infections are from quarantine and 144 local contacts. Khurda district registered the highest 181 cases, followed by Cuttack (35) and Balasore (13). Eight districts reported nil cases.

With these cases detected from 71,296 samples, the test positivity rate dropped to 0.49 per cent. The TPR was 0.52 per cent on Wednesday and 0.65 per cent on Tuesday.
While the COVID-19 tally has touched 1042773, Odisha now has 3,931active cases.
