Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s Centurion University launched a dedicated Women Entrepreneurship Cell (CWEC) to nurture and encourage female entrepreneurs among its students and the communities around its campuses.
CWEC will be a part of the University’s Centre of Entrepreneurs and Innovators (CIE) and will offer mentorship, funding assistance and services like digital design/3D printing and a co-working space.
FICCI FLO national president Jahnabi Phookan was the Chief Guest at the launch event which was chaired by Centurion University Vice-Chancellor Dr Supriya Pattanayak.
There were more than 200 participants, comprising University’s faculty, staff and students as well as entrepreneurs and members from FLO Bhubaneswar.
