Bhubaneswar: Online submission of documents for admission to 2023-24 batch at World Skill Center (WSC) in Bhubaneswar commenced on Tuesday. The process, which started at 11 am today, will continue till 11 pm of September 30.
According to WSC sources, those candidates who appeared in the entrance test this year for admission to the School of Engineering and have been qualified to the next level and all candidates who have applied for admission to the School of Services can submit their requisite documents online during this process.
Necessary credentials can be submitted online by clicking the provided link on WSC’s website – www.worldskillcentre.org during the stipulated period.
Aspiring candidates can upload their Aadhaar Card, passport-size photo, Matriculation, ITI, Diploma, or +2 certificates. Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates are required to submit their caste certificates. Similarly, candidates desiring to be admitted to the School of Services have to upload their medical certificates, the WSC advised.
Students admitted to the 2023-24 Batch will be imparted skill development training on a total of seven courses. School of Engineering has five subjects: Mechatronics, Mechanical and Electrical Services, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration, Electrical Technology, and Vertical Transportation.
School of Services has two subjects: Beauty, Wellness & Spa, and Hair Fashion and Design.
