Bhubaneswar: The process for online registration for admissions to MBBS and BDS courses will begin in Odisha from June 20.
Students allotted rank in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test Rank holders of the NEET, have been asked to register themselves between June 20 and 25, said Manish Tripathy, chairman of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE).
The list of the registered students will be announced on June 26 while verification of the documents will be conducted at the nodal centres from 10 am to 5 pm between June 26 and 29.
The state merit list will be announced on June 30.
Publication of The first-round results will be published on July 4 while the students will be asked to download the provisional allotment letter from the OJEE official website www.ojee.nic.in on the same day.
The first round provisional admission will be held from 10 am to 5 pm between July 5 and 9 at the OJEE Cell at Gandamunda in Bhubaneswar after which the students will join their respective institutions by July 12.
On July 24, the OJEE will publish the number of vacant seats including returned All India quota seats.
The students can go for choice filling and choice locking on July 24 and 25.
The second round allotment and downloading of provisional allotment-cum- admission letter will be made on July 26 while the provisional admission is scheduled between July 27 and 30.
The students will have to join their institutions by August 12.
Tripathy said in case of vacancy after 2nd round counselling, spot counselling may be done and admission will be held between August 4 and 8.
The academic session 2018-19 will start from August 1, he added.
