The bench also directed the OJEE administration to facilitate the admission of the Divyang candidate, petitioner Panda reportedly said.

The OJEE was reported to have released the merit list for admission into MBBS/BDS courses for 2022-23 academic year on October 18. The petitioner was in fifth place on the list. However, in the revised merit list declared later he was placed in 33rd place. The candidate challenged the revised list apprehending that he might not get admission in the Divyang quota.
