Bhubaneswar: As many as 11 passengers coming in flights from Mumbai and Pune tested positive for COVID-19 at the the Biju Patnaik International Airport, here on Sunday.
According to Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), total 313 passengers were tested on their arrival at the airport. They came in 7 different flights during the day. All of them underwent thermal screening and 11 passengers tested positive.
During the thermal screening at Bhubaneswar railway station, 3 passengers tested positive for the coronavirus. All those who tested positive have been admitted to COVID facility at the SUM Hospital in the city.
