Bhubaneswar: The Utkal University has decided to conduct second and final semester exams in online mode. The exams are scheduled to be held in July.
According to Post-Graduate Council chairman Basant Kumar Mallik, the decision has been taken to hold the exams online as it is not possible to have them physically.
“Mid-semester exams will be conducted between July 15 and 20, while final semester will start from June 20 and end by month-end,” Mallik was quoted as saying by The Times of India.
He said the exam schedule for particular subjects is yet to be decided. “Heads of concerned departments will set the dates for the exams. After they prepare the schedule, we will come up with complete timetable,” Mallik said.
