Plus II Student On Way To Exam Centre Killed In Road Mishap In Odisha’s Nabarangpur

Nabarangpur: A student of Kendriya Vidyalaya died after the scooter he was riding was hit by another vehicle in Papadahandi area of Odisha’s Nabarangpur district on Tuesday.

As per preliminary reports, the mishap took place near Mruga Vihar under Papadahandi block of the district0. The deceased student was identified as G Ishwar Rao.

Sources said Ishwar and his friend Akash Sarangi were proceeding to Papadahandi Ararsha Vidyalaya for the Plus II examination when a vehicle dashed against their scooter.

While Ishwar died in the accident, his friend sustained injuries.

On being informed, a police team from Papadahandi rushed to the spot and initiated an investigation into the mishap.
