Rain, Thunderstorm Likely In Bhubaneswar & 12 Odisha Dists In 3 Hours

Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department has issued nowcast warning for 12 districts of Odisha, including Bhubaneswar, till 5 pm on Friday.

Light to moderate rain/thundershower with lightning may affect some parts of Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khurda (including Bhubaneswar), Nayagarh, Balangir, Kalahandi, Kandhamal and Bargarh in 3 hours.

People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
