Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued yellow warning of light to moderate rain with lightning for some places in 11 districts of Odisha, including twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, till 4.15 pm on Sunday.
The districts that are likely to be affected are Malakangiri, Gajapati, Ganjam, Kalahandi, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Nayagarh, Cuttack and Khurda. People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
