New Delhi: Sidhu Moose Wala has made it to the Billboard Global 200 Chart for his song 295, which has secured a position in the list. This makes him the first-ever Punjabi artist in history on the Chart.
He is among the very few Indian artists who have made it to the list, which also features songs by the likes of Harry Styles, Camila Cabello, Justin Bieber and Elton John. Gurpreet Singh Bhasin, co-founder and COO of One Digital Entertainment, shared the update with Moose Wala’s fans and followers across the world on Instagram.
The 28-year-old Punjabi singer was shot dead in Jawaharke village of Mansa district on May 29. His songs have been trending since his tragic death.
Previously, Sidhu Moose Wala’s songs have featured on the Billboard Global Excl US. While The Last Ride was ranked at 113, 295 ruled at no 162, and Levels was placed on 195.
