Puri: While the outcome of the petitions related to Rath Yatra to be heard by Supreme Court Chief Justice SA Bobde at 2.30 pm this afternoon is awaited, the Puri municipal authorities have asked street vendors to vacate the Grand Road (Bada Danda) by Monday evening.
Following the directive of the Municipal authorities, street vendors have started vacating their shops along the Grand Road from Jagannath Temple to the Gundicha Temple.
The Puri Municipality, through the public announcement system on June 16, had asked all street vendors with shops along the Grand Road to shift to a different place.
