Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in connection with a rave party on a cruise ship, was produced at a special holiday court before additional chief metropolitan magistrate RK Rajebhosale on Sunday evening.
After hearing both parties, the court has granted NCB a one-day custody of Aryan, Aftab Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.
NCB counsel had sought custody till October 5, but Aryan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde argued that one day one-day custody was good enough.
The five others detained will be produced at the court later.
