Cuttack: The Millenium City reported the highest single-day spike of 167 COVID-19 cases, which pushed the affected tally to 2437 on Monday.
According to Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC), 25 more cases have been reported from containment zone Nimba Sahi, totalling to 50.

Another 15 have been detected from institutional quarantine while 21 are local contact cases.
Among the 106 home quarantine cases, 51 are from Bauri Sahi, 13 from Bausagali, 10 from Jagannath Ballav Sahi and eight each from CDA Sector 9 and Mani Bazaar.
The CMC also informed about another 75 patients having been cured of the infection.
With 13 deaths and 1473 recoveries, Cuttack city now has 951 active cases.
