Bhubaneswar: The price of petrol in Bhubaneswar touched Rs 102.76 per litre on Friday with the oil marketing companies hiking the fuel rates for the second day straight.
The price of diesel is Rs 98.32 per litre.
Besides Odisha, petrol has crossed the Rs 100-a-litre mark in Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Jammu and Kashmir, Tamil Nadu, Ladakh, and some cities of Bihar and Punjab.
Among the metro cities, the cost of petrol is the highest in Mumbai at a staggering Rs 107.95 per litre.
In Delhi, petrol costs Rs 101.89 per litre with prices having increased by 25 paise and diesel at Rs 90.17 per litre has become dearer by 30 paise.
