Sonepur: Fear gripped residents of villages in a forest belt in Odisha’s Sonepur district after reports about a tiger roaming the area surfaced.
People of some villages are reported to be in a state of panic after a video of a tiger roaming the area in the district went viral.
The video showed a tiger taking a stroll and passing through an agricultural field. The animal could be seen moving on the pathway passing through the farmland. However, it was not clear as to when the video was shot. The exact location where the tiger was sighted is also yet to be ascertained.
Several villagers have locked themselves inside their homes in fear after the video showing tiger prowling in the area got circulated.
