Bhubaneswar: SAI International School has been ranked as No 1 School of India by Education World India School Rankings 2021-22, in the co-education day-cum-boarding school category.
The school has achieved the rank for second year in a row. Last year it had shared this coveted status with DPS RK Puram of New Delhi while it bagged the No.1 spot alone.
This year DPS RK Puram is in the second spot while Modern School, Barakhamba Road, Delhi is in the third place.
Each year, Education World releases ‘The India School Rankings’ to benchmark more than 1000 schools across the country. The rankings are based on 14 parameters of excellence.
SAI has achieved extraordinary marks in each parameter. The parameters include academic reputation, online education effectiveness, parental involvement, individual attention to students, competence of faculty amongst others parameters, stated the survey.
Dr. Silpi Sahoo, Chairperson, SAI International, said “I am very delighted and humbled by this honour that our school has received. It is my determination to take the legacy forward and build a better India through education.”
The award instituted by EducationWorld provides us with an excellent opportunity to get ourselves benchmarked with our peers, hence enabling us to identify and enhance areas that need focus. As an educational institution, this ranking, based on the extensive parameters, is a constant motivation for us and other stakeholders to strive towards perfection in the journey of excellence. It has been instrumental in abetting each of the forward-thinking schools to bring a holistic improvement in the school and elevating their own level of fineness, she added.
