According to sources, a heated argument took place between security guard Ratnakar Sahoo and ambulance driver Biswajeet Maharana, when the latter arrived at the hospital with a patient from Jajpur district.
Thereafter, Sahoo took him to the Medical Police Outpost and thrashed him. Maharana informed the hospital authorities about the incident following which Ratnakar admitted to having thrashed the driver, in presence of the security superintendent.
