Set Your Alarm! Tickets For Hockey World Cup ‘Celebrations’ To Be Available At 12 Noon Today

Bhubaneswar: The tickets for the Hockey World Cup ‘Celebrations’ event, a star-studded show at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack slated to be held on January 11, will be available at 12 noon on Wednesday.

According to sources, tickets can be bought only on Paytm Insider.

‘Celebrations’ will be the official commencement of the tournament on January 13. The show incorporates aspects of traditional Odia music and dance, as well as the use of innovative new technology during the show that is sure to create a spectacle that will leave audiences awe-struck. While the show will be broadcast across national TV channels, those present in Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, Odisha, will get the full experience of the show amongst ecstatic fans in the stadium.

Serving as the host nation of the Hockey World Cup for the second consecutive time, India, and more specifically, Odisha, has taken every measure to ensure that our guests from 15 visiting nations will bear witness to one of the most spectacular shows ever created.

It is pertinent to mention here that the counter tickets for the matches of FIH Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup 2023 to be played in Odisha’s Rourkela city have been sold out.

As many as 20 matches will be played in the Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium, which is tipped to be the biggest hockey stadium in the country with a seating capacity of over 20,000.

Meanwhile, online tickets for matches in Bhubaneswar are available on Paytm Insider. Kalinga Stadium, which has a sitting capacity of over 15,000, will host 24 matches.

Notably, the Indian hockey team reached Rourkela on Tuesday evening to begin their practice sessions.
