According to sources, around four dogs were found eating the infant’s head. The identification and whereabouts of the infant are yet to be ascertained.
According to hospital sources, the parents of the deceased might have buried the dead child somewhere near Sishu Bhaban and later stray dogs pulled the head out of the ground.
