New Delhi: The Monsoon session of Parliament will commence from September 14 and held in 18 sittings till October 1 by observing precautions related to COVID-19.
Accordingly, the SOPs for MPs attending the session has been issued.
The MPs have to undergo COVID-19 72 hours before commencement of the session. If one of the family members of a parliamentarian tests positive for COVID-19, then s/he “being in the high-risk zone” has to undergo a 14-day quarantine. The MPs have been requested to get their PA/PS/driver/maid tested at the centre set up at Parliament House reception.
