Spot Admission To Plus II Courses Extended To Aug 3 In Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has extended the last date for spot admission to Plus II courses due to bad weather.

The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, in an official letter to principals of all higher secondary schools in the state on Monday, said the last date of spot admission has been extended to August 3.

“In view of prevailing bad weather condition in some parts of the state, the last date for admission update of spot selection candidates has been extended upto 9 pm on August 3. Therefore, you are requested to conduct admission till August 3 instead of July 31,” the letter said.

It may be noted that the spot selection merit list for admission to Plus II courses was released on July 27. The first merit list was released on July 6 and the second list on July 19.
