The School and Mass Education department, in a notification on Saturday, stated that the schools will remain closed due to summer vacation from June 6 to 16. As a result, the vacation has been brought down to 10 days instead of usual 50 days.
The department has also announced revision in morning classes of schools. The morning classes will be held from 6 am to 9 am every working days. It will remain in effect from May 1 to June 5.
