Mumbai: Even as the CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case is underway, his former manager Shruti Modi’s lawyer has made a shocking allegation against the late actor’s sisters.
In an interaction with India Today, Shruti’s lawyer Ashok Saraogi alleged that Sushant’s sisters were aware that the actor was using drugs and they too had attended several substance abuse parties with their brother in Mumbai.
“There were many parties at Rajput’s residence which were attended by his sisters also where substance abuse was done,” the lawyer told India Today.
Saraogi further stated that Sushant’s bodyguard and former driver Sohail Sagar used to ‘fetch drugs for the actor.’
Talking about an incident, when there was a big fight between the actor and his sisters, the lawyer, as quoted by India Today, said, “Around November 27, there was a huge fight that happened at night in the house, and the next day all the three sisters checked into hotel Lalit. Sushant suffered so much due to this that he admitted himself into the Hinduja Hospital at Khar on 28th. When he was there, his father had called one of the staff members saying that he wanted to speak to him but the actor refused to speak to him. He said that talking to his family has already landed him at the hospital, talking to his father would deteriorate his condition further, and refused to take that call.”
Earlier, the actor’s former manager Shruti Modi had told the CBI that Sushant used to consume drugs and his sisters knew about it.
Modi had also shared some WhatsApp chats between Sushant’s sister Meetu and her, claiming that the actor’s sister was aware of his deteriorating health.
