Berhampur: Three coronavirus suspects admitted to the isolation ward of the MKCG Medical College and Hospital here were discharged after they tested negative for the deadly virus on Wednesday.
A 70-year-old woman, who had returned to Digapahanadi from Mount Abu last week, is still under observation at MKCG along with two others, including a student.
The woman had got admitted to MKCG on her own suspecting that she might have been contracted the virus while travelling via New Delhi.
The student was admitted to the hospital after he returned from Kazakhstan. The other person was brought by locals to MKCG after he arrived at Berhampur railway station from Kerala. He was suffering from high fever and flu. His blood and swab samples have been sent to RMRC for examination, the TNIE quoted MKG Superintendent Prof Santosh Kumar Mishra as saying.
